The apartment was very clean and new, providing a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable beds, and high-speed Wi-Fi, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

The location was perfect for us, with a short walking distance to the beach and the village restaurants. For longer trips, I would recommend having a car (which you can park infront btw), but everything you need for a relaxing holiday is easily accessible on foot. Additionally, the area was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to unwind and enjoy our time together. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. "The owner Theo and his wife built this small house for themselves. We were told that we were the first one who rented the house. The house is next to one small house owned by Theo's brother. But this doesn't impact the house privacy. The house is really nice and has everything you need. Clean rooms, all equipped with air conditioning systems. New equipments. Comfortable beds. Theo is a really great host, who cares, contacting us several times just to check if everything was ok.

The house is located at the edge of Haraki (Charaki village). And only 2 mins walk to the beach. And to a Monolio family taverna where you have good food at right prices. The house is really relaxing, with a small terrace which can be even enjoyed during the hottest hours. The house is 5 to 10min walk to the center of Charaki where are all the restaurants and few shops. Charaki is one of the rare places in Rhodes where there is no hotel resorts. Only small houses along the beach. 45 min drive to Rhodes, 15min to Lindos. All the ingredients to make your holidays great. And this was for us a great surprise as we booked without having any reviews for this place, being the first. For sure, our choice if we will come back to Rhodes."

"Great location with privacy, quiet neighbors (minor construction work nearby but wasn't that loud to disturb us). Place was clean, comfortable and modern. Theo and his daughter Katerina were really helpful and informative. Bed was comfortable, Theo even provided extra sheets and towels. We were greeted by Theo and his daughters, they were all super kind and left us a small present before arrival and before we left.

Minor electricity issues that were fixed basically within 30 minutes of contacting the host. Only happened once and was good after that. There are a lot of cats on the island and even our stay had a visitor. The cat slept on the terrace chairs at night which made the chairs really dirty and hairy. That prevented us to sit outside."
